We’ve a had a surge of interest in shares in response to the Govt announcement of the withdrawal of tax reliefs – there are still around 150,000 shares on offer so now is the time to apply if you want EIS tax relief. Regrettably this may be your last chance to support green generation and our community fund while sharing in the kind of incentives that are too often only available to big commercial investors. In the meantime we have our first photos of the foundations in place. The latest news is that the turbines are due to arrive in the UK on Monday and we anticipate that they will go up during next week – it’s very windy up there at the moment, which will be great news in a few weeks time but right now we need a brief lull to be able to work safely.
